The following is the process we utilize in order to ensure a well written, accurate translation that meets our clients’ requirements:
1. Our Project Manager will review your required turn-around time, formatting and layout, and budget, as well as any future projects you may require down the road.
2. The Project Manager will assign your translation to a specialized translator whose first native language is that which the document is being translated into. (For rush jobs a team of translators/proofreaders may be utilized in order to ensure timely delivery.)
3. The document will then be proofread by a specialized proofreader who is fluent in both the target and source languages. During this process translation accuracy, grammar, spelling, writing style and layout are verified. Furthermore adherence to the client’s reference material and/or style guide is checked.
4. During quality control your Project Manager will verify all of the above process steps. He will ensure that the translation is accurate, that nothing got missed and that the layout of the target document matches the translation as closely as possible. Upon request we delivery preliminary drafts before the proofreading stage, which gives you the opportunity to preview the final product and make any adjustments you deem necessary. We feel that the client’s involvement is important during the translation process and invite questions, feedback and suggestions before, during and after our collaboration!
